4A Molecular Sieve Activated Powder
Molecular sieve activated powder is a molecular sieve raw powder after high temperature calcination activation to remove the water in the pore, with excellent dispersion and strong adsorption activity.
In addition, in some specific paint or Coating Systems, trace moisture in raw materials (solvents, pigments, additives, etc.) will cause adverse effects. For example, in metal or zinc-rich coatings, trace moisture will react with active metal pigments such as zinc and aluminum to generate hydrogen, which will lead to excessive pressure in the tank and even leakage in harsh environments. 4A series molecular sieve activated powder can effectively adsorb trace water in the system and inhibit the formation of hydrogen.
